As a technician in chemical lab of test center in ITQ center, performs laboratory tests according lab sop.

    

Test nutrition label items( such as protein\fat \sodium\dietary fiber)、pesticide items、veterinary residue.

    

To develop new chemical method according business needs,. Support sensory lab on product stability test,

    

    

Key Job Responsibility

    

    

• Familiar with HPLC、 GC、 GCMS and use these equipment to test.
• Perform laboratory tests on various samples following lab sop.
• Order receive and prepare products as needed for testing .
• Document and report results. Analyze data and report trends.
• Develop, write and implement new lab procedures. Update existing lab procedures.
• Set up, adjust, maintain, and operate laboratory equipment, supplies, and instruments .
• Complies with lab quality system .
• Works with cross-functional teams to effectively communicate results
• Complies with Good Laboratory Practices for safety and cleanliness.

    

    

Education /Experience/ Knowledge/Skill/Capability Request

• BS Food Science or above preferred
• Familiar with HPLC\GC\GCMS
• From the third party lab preferred
• Sound scientific technical skills
• QA experience preferred
• Basic computer skills with MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
