Role purpose岗位目标
Support BD manager to implement Seeds related business development projects, including but not limited to trait license, germplasm license, M&A projects, 3rd party collaboration project, integrated solution projects and other projects.
Accountabilities岗位职责
- Support Seeds BD projects in accordance with China strategy to accelerate the Seeds growth strategy for field crop seeds.
- Proactively identify and lead the negotiation with 3rd party to identify M&A targets for field crop
- Proactively seek in-licensing opportunities for crop seeds.
- Work with relevant functions to ensure market, customer and business insights are captured, analyzed and considered for sound strategy development and business decision making
- Utilizes analytical process to interrogate market data for insights to drive strategy development and uncover sizeable business development opportunities
- Support proof of concept and piloting of new business models in line with China strategy
- Program manages critical Seeds BD projects across functions through analysis, design and implementation phases

- Good at reading & speaking in English
