Responsibility
* Define and manage technical requirement on the system according to customer and business needs
* Define and maintain high-level system architecture.
* Design and improve system characteristics.
* Analyze third party products.
* Initiate product improvements and new solution.
Tasks
* System Study on the introduction of new feature/function, provide high level solution as well as cost estimation
* Develop and maintain system level documentation.
* Act as a SM in the team, provide guideline on how functions will be implemented and ensure developed solution is according to defined system architecture.
* Act as a Product Owner for feature development teams
* Support product managers to clarify the solution and participate standardization activities.
* Act as contact interface regarding system issues, represent in external review/discussion, including customer discussion and presentation.
* Lead/participate in product committees and other technical meetings.
* Contribute in process development and improvement.
Qualifications
Qualifications
* University Bachelor or Master Degree in any of the following majors: Computer Science, Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering with more than four years experience in related field is required.
* Two years or more experience in Telecommunication development projects having worked as a System Engineer or System Architect is required
* Familiarity with Location Based Service/Mobile Position System: knowledge on the CP/UP positioning architecture is required.
* Detailed knowledge in at least one of the following positioning methods: CGI, CGI/TA/RTT, U-TDOA, OTDOA, A-GPS, foot printing is required.
* Linux/Unix and Solaris experience is an advantage.
* Wide Telecommunication knowledge (GSM/GPRS and WCDMA systems) and can grasp new technology quickly.
* Can work independently, easy to work with and strong team work spirit.
* Good English communication skills (both in written and verbal), able to express own thinking clearly.
* Innovative and solution thinking capabilities.
* Open minded and willing to take challenge.
