Packet Core Development Shanghai is contributing to development of PDU Packet Core products; SGSN-MME, EPG/GGSN, SASN and SAPC as well as total responsibility for SGSN Pool Proxy. The organization contributes also to standardization activities and other technical studies.

Now Program and Provisioning Office of PC SH is looking for a Program Manager / Development Execution Leader in SGSN-MME area. The program manager will report to Head of PPO PC SH and operationally will report to SGSN/MME Global Program.

Responsible:

· Establish and execute program target and strategy
· Lead cross functional teams and SH development execution team
· Work together with planning leader and product manager for program execution plan and milestone
· Forecast and follow up the resource, cost, time schedule and quality.
· Trace progress and act upon deviations
· Identify and coordinate internal and external dependency
· Conduct effective communication with all stakeholders
· Secure active risk management (continuously identify and act on risks)
· Define, measure and analyze the program KPIs
· Identify and drive program improvement opportunities
· Provide support to the customer pre-delivery and FOA when needed

Qualifications

Qualifications:

· University degree in telecom or related areas
· Minimum 3-years working experience in project management
· Proven leadership skills and experiences
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Good command of English in written and spoken form
· Good knowledge of business processes and operations
· Good lean & agile understanding of both concepts and practices
