职位描述
Responsibilities
- A customer-facing individual who provides business and technical expertise covering ERP or CRM solutions to support qualified sales opportunities.
- Writing proposals to prospective clients using all of Elitesland's resources.
- Communicating internally to collect all necessary information for a proposal.
- Working under supervision, this person analyzes and offers advice on the best ERP and CRM application approaches to address customer needs.
- He/She has a working knowledge of the challenges Elitesland's customers and prospects are facing and is able to articulate to user and mid level management audiences.
- This person is expected to perform the required activities to support a sales engagement from the initial meeting or demonstration through to contract signing.
- The Presales Manager contributes to the growth of Elitesland's revenue stream in the assigned opportunities through supporting new initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above.
- At least 8 years sales/account management experience with at least 5 years of detailed proposal writing experience, preferably in ERP, CRM, database marketing or consulting.
- Good communication skills and presentation skills.
- Skillful in MS Office especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel, Internet savvy;
- Strong team management sill;
- Good English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
