Xaxis provides industry leading marketing solutions to advertisers using data and technology platforms to more efficiently acquire and optimize digital media while delivering performance for clients. Today, Xaxis operates a successful business as audience consultants and experts in programmatic execution across a variety of digital channels. Xaxis will launch a new suite of platform-agnostic digital performance marketing products with a specific focus on mobile enablement. The Product Marketing Manager will focus on strengthening go-to-market strategy for Xaxis’ products that revolve around capabilities for cross device tracking and targeting, mobile web and mobile app performance along with various other mobile specific initiatives. You’ll be responsible for leading, planning, and driving a strategic acceleration plan focusing on Xaxis’ product adoption in China’s market. Your end goal will be to enable client development teams to acquire new businesses and retain exsiting businesses through efficient programs and campaigns designed to increase awareness, educate the market, and drive product adoption.

This role reports to Director, Head of Product in China

Measures of success –
In three months, you would have:
· You will be able to articulate the vision of Xaxis, its suite of product and its capabilities confidently
· A deep understanding of Xaxis’ proprietary platforms and technologies along with a good understanding of key partner capabilities and the ecosystem.
· Create marketing collaterals such as saleskits and launch decks for selected Xaxis products with product managers
In six months, you would have:
· Collaborate with Product managers to develop go-to-market strategy and take ownership of marketing initatives
· Able to lead the development of all product marketing collaterals for Xaxis products in China
In 12 months, you would have:
· Able to collect, contextualize, and communicate user/market feedback back to product stakeholders which ultimately shape the direction of product development
· Establish success metrics and assess product adoption performance
Responsibilities of the role:
· Lead the internal marketing and adoption initatives for exisiting and new Xaxis products in China
· Partner with product manager to develop and execute go-to-market strategy for all Xaxis products in China
· Produce product marketing collaterals (presentation slides, videos, inforgraphics, FAQs, brochures, one-sheets, and etc.)
· Collect, contextualize, and communicate user/market feedback back to product stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’ degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, relevant field of study, or equivalent practical experience
· 3+ years of working experience in advertising eco-system
· 2+ year of product marketing experience working on tech or advertising related products
· Ability to read and write in English and Mandarin Chinese
· Exceptional organizational, writing, and presentation skills
· An eye for visual communication experience with tools to create beautiful, effective graphics that successfully communicate ideas to diverse audiences
· Ability to synthesize complex concepts into clear and concise messages
· In-depth understanding of digital advertising eco-system in China
Preferred Qualifications:
· Story-telling based knowledge of digital marketing technology and platforms, including analytics, supply side platforms, networks, ad serving technology, data management platforms, RTB, DSPs across several digital media channels
· In-depth understanding of programmatic advertising eco-system in China
· Tack record working across complex cross-functional environments
· Demonstrated ability to make strategic decisions that drive business impact
· Ability to effectively operate in a fast-paced environment, and work on multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and constantly evolving context
