1. 整理部门合同及各类文件、记录采购进度及到货时间。

 

2. 根据相关的采购数据编制月报、季报、年报。

 

3. 收集、整理及统计各种采购单据及报表。配合运营做项目成本核算。

 

4. 各项采购事务的传达与执行。

 

5. 及时整理供应商资料，包括供应商的报价及产品等各项信息汇总。

 

6. 协助部门负责人询价及把相关事项及时通知各部门人员。

 

7. 协助各供应商到货情况及售后问题跟进。

 

8. 付款、整理、审查。

 

9. 完成领导交代的其他事务。

 

岗位要求：

 

1.大专及以上学历，如条件合适，学历标注可适当放宽。

 

2.有一定机械工程背景的优先；应届毕业生优先。

 

3.熟练操作word、excel等常用办公软件。

 

4.有责任心，踏实肯干。

 

5.主动沟通，表达能力强，有团队精神。
