Key Accountabilities 职责描述：
【品牌传播 】
? 管理品牌视觉识别系统，准确传达公司的品牌理念和形象
? 规范品牌使用行为，规范对外传播材料的审核流程
? 管理企业传播渠道/平台，包括官网和官微的内容策划和有效运营
? 策划传播企业重大新闻，如产品/项目的申报/获批等
? 负责年度重要行业会议/展会及专业论坛的活动策划与内容传播，如进博会、CSCO等
? 支持市场部、人事部及其它业务部门相关企业品牌内容的策划
? 负责供应商的对接和管理
【公共关系】
? 搭建媒体合作网络，维护积极的媒体沟通机制
? 负责复星凯特的全网舆情监控，通过迅速的反应机制，协调各部门处理危机事件
? 协助公共事务部与上海/张江管委会/张江科学城等政府关系的沟通
? 协调搜集细胞治疗相关政策、行业资讯及撰写发布月刊(内刊)
? 负责各类参观活动的审批与接待协调
? 开展企业社会责任活动，关注环境及社区和谐发展
【Branding】
? Develop and manage a strong brand visual identity system
? Manage brand use and all external communication materials
? Manage effective corporate communication channels, including website and WeChat account
? Support content development and digital outreach of important corporate news
? Effectively develop and implement event plans including communication for important industrial events, in particular but no limited to CIIE, CSCO, and etc.
? Partner with Marketing、HR and other functions across the business to support corporate branding
? Effectively manage communications agency and contracted support
【Public Relations】
? Maintain complex media cooperation and dynamic communication channels
? Develop effective media monitoring system and coordinate cross-function efforts to manage crisis
? Partner with Group Company GA to drive efficient communication with government
? Collect and write monthly report of cell-therapy related polices and industry news for internal use
? Coordinate site visits from external parties, including but not limited to government
? Drive engaging corporate social activities to build a healthy/sustainable relation with local community

Qualifications 任职要求：
? 本科及以上学历，传播专业优先
? 医药企业传播部门3年以上工作经验，有一定的媒体资源及成功会议/活动组织经验
? 熟练运用计算机及相关办公软件，有新媒体平台经验优先
? 具有较强的书面及语言沟通能力，写作能力优秀者优先
? 具备较高的职业素养，富有团队精神，有较强的责任心和执行能力
? 正直守信，积极主动，性格外向活泼
? Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Communications is desired
? 3 years and above in Communications/PR function of Pharma industry, with solid media resources and event planning/delivery with a strong and demonstrable track record of success
? Skillful use of office software, experience in new media platforms is desired
? Excellent written/ spoken communication skills and copywriting skills
? High personal accountability, self-motivated yet natural team player
? Strong execution skillset and have a can-do attitude
? Sound judgment and strong personal integrity
