Reports to: 

Sales Manager          

   

Position Description: 

1. Assist Sales manager to develop and implement retail store strategies. 
2. Facilitate and monitor store management principle and process (store set up/close, daily operation, etc.) 
3. Analyze retail business status and needs, provide regular report with high accuracy and efficiency. 
4. Work closely with internal related teams to deliver strong retail servic
5. Communicate with cross function teams, to be a good bridge of stores and HQ. 

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Good understanding of retail store operation 
2. Good understanding of budget control and tracking 
3. Project management skills 
4. Excellent communication skills, fluent in both spoken and written English 
5. Passionate and down to earth 

Desired Working experience:            ·         

 More than 3 years relevant experience 

 

Minimum Educational Requirements: ·       

 University degree or above
