Reports to

Marketing Manager

General Purpose of the Job

- Assist the brand marketing planning & own the execution

- Lead brand positioning, marketing campaigns, and content/communication

- Manage working relationships with agencies (Creative, Media and PR)

- Close cross-functional work with Brand HQ as well as China Commercial, Sales, and marketing teams

- Execute key marketing processes & track KPI’s

Main Responsibility Areas

- Execute & potentially tailor/adapt brand strategy to maximize demand creation in China

- Develop and coordinate execution of 360 degree marketing plan and seasonal campaigns

- Develop advertising, press release and all promotion materials, including translation and copywriting

- Develop and/or contribute to community based marketing, digital marketing, and sports marketing initiatives

- Conduct market research as well as consumer insight work

- Assist China brand head to manage the brand annual marketing budget

- Liaise and communicate with commercial, sales, retail, and digital teams to ensure the smooth implementation of campaigns

- Manage consumer loyalty program

Needed Competencies

- Strong marketer with brand marketing toolbox, preferably with watch & premium luxury brand experience

- Marketing track record of achievement and contributing to brand development & growth

- Dedicated and passionate

- Excellent in project and budget management

- Be innovative, independent and with strong fashion and marketing sense

- Solid exposure with PR agencies/production house/media/press

- Excellent command of written and spoken in both Chinese and English

- Good communication, interpersonal skills and self-motivated

- Work independent

Education

University degree, major in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business or related subjects will be a plus

Needed Work Experience

- More than 5 years related working experience

- Passion for Outdoor sports or general sports will be a plus

2. Execute and tailor/adapt brand strategy.

3. Close co-work with Brand HQ.

Freedom to Act

Frequent communication / debriefing / reporting to line manager is essential
