T-mall Store Manager

    

    

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities Of The Job

    

• Understanding the rules and processes of Tmall to create effective online sales promotion schemes for daily sales, monthly promotion and big event promotion
• monitoring digital production; photography and cataloguing guidelines management; pricing activities coordination; product online publication; monitoring and performance analysis;
• Work with other sales teams to create synergy of joint promotion
• Manage TP Store Manager’s delivery quality and efficiency to achieve commercial targets
• Analyze e-commerce data of UV, conversion rates etc. to build effective ad investments plan and support marketing team creating effective communication materials and develop improvement action plans and execution.
• Create appealing and emotionally engaging sales concepts - from first ideas to ready solutions.
• Design and develop an intuitive online shop structure (landing page, product overview, product detail) and develop creative promotions
• Lead negotiations with category manager at Tmall and aligned with Head of Marketing PR
• Responsible for overall planning across NET-A-PORTER and MR PORTER Pavilion stores
• Responsible for day to day operations of store including campaign planning
• Strong communication skills to manage global and local stakeholder across teams including Art, Creation, Content and etc.
  
  

    

Qualifications

    

• Interesting online sales background with experience in shop management (especially on Tmall, JD, official site, and wechat mini program), ideally working in a technology start-up or eCommerce platform
• Able to work in a highly flexible start-up atmosphere environment
• Vendor management experience is plus 
• Mandarin and high level of English a must
