Responsibility:
1. Lead presales team and work close to Sales team, customer site survey, customer requirement analysis, and respond to RFP;
2. Contributes helpfully to technical interaction between delivery unit and customer, presentation, SOW preparation, negotiations, deal closings and other presales related activities, such as assist in all work related to translation of documents, templates;
3. Routinely update pre sales document. such as presentation, brochure, white paper, case study etc.
4. Build sales readiness in terms of process, template tools, guideline, tips, and etc, to reduce sales team and other internal unit's learning curve through effective knowledge transfer in area of sales.
5. Pursue internal sales related process to support full cycle from lead input to project delivery.
6. Support the company's market events by industries investigation, potential customer screening, exhibition show, etc.
7. Maintain knowledge of industries and competitors in taking account to strategically position Elitesland products, solution and services better.
8. Provide company knowledge of product and industry training for presales team and sales team.

Working Experience and Background:
1. 8+ year directly ERP related previous work experience, including pre-sales, consulting, software design/development, etc.;
2. Software, computer science or related bachelor degree preferred;
3. Strong presentation and communication skills in both Chinese and English;
4. Deep knowledge of several business industry knowledge and ERP technologies;
5. Experience in certain domain is a must, such as sales, purchasing, inventory, financial, manufacturing, etc.
6. Strong English language skill on both oral and written
7. Positive, optimistic, and willing to accept the challenging work with strong learning ability
8. Oversea experience is preferred
