Responsibilities:
? Manage the sales/revenue relationship with the regional sales teams for Greater China, India and Software/Hardware Renewals. This involves providing support and guidance on non-standard deal structuring and the analysis of the impact on VSOE and operations of non-standard transactions,
? Build and maintain knowledge of the region and any specific regional matters and regional differences,
? Build strong relationships and to become the "trusted advisor' to the various sales organizations,
? Adhere to SLA's with regards to approving non-standard deals and other time sensitive requirements,
? Analysis the impact of non-standard deals on the quarterly revenue forecast,
? Prepare quarterly detailed analysis of revenue transactions with supporting audit documentation to ensure compliance with US GAAP and software revenue recognition criteria.
? Prepare quarterly detailed analysis of revenue transactions to ensure compliance with VSOE for Services, Hardware/Software Renewals and others as required,
? Manage the preparation and analysis of procedural documentation specifically as related to the ongoing Sarbanes Oxley initiatives and any related SOX control activity.
? Interface with internal and external audit on revenue related issues.
? Other duties and tasks as required.
