working with regional marketing and sales teams as well as customers to gather input to develop new or localized features on existing products.

Working with global product managers, scientists, and other leaders to become a product expert, and provide product support to regional teams and customers.

 

This individual must be eager to work in a highly collaborative team environment and willing to take ownership to help grow the business to the next level of success. 

This role will be an important part of product and marketing teams by assisting in the development and implementation of various product and application launches, pricing strategies, content generation and messaging and KOL development.

 

Position Requirements

 

Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Molecular Biology or Biochemistry.

 

Advanced degrees preferred (MS, PhD or MBA).

 

IT background or Computer Science background is a plus.

 

Minimum one year relevant work experience in Life Science and/or Molecular Diagnostic or NGS environment.

 

Experience working across a matrix organization in a core team capacity. 

Personal Requirements

 

Willingness and ability to travel (up to 25% travel).

 

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

 

Ability work flexibly and thrive in a fast changing environment.

 

Must have strong problem solving skills and willingness to tackle new challenges.

 

Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint required).
