概观

The Senior informatic engineer, should have a some insight of QC software development. As a  coordinator must  have strong communication skills for working with the R&D team and customer, to make sure both sides know each other’s requirements very clearly.

 

职责

• Collaborate with upstream marketing team to align on feature priorities for China
• Coordinate with global R&D and marketing teams to shorten the new product launch time
• Work with R&D development team in reviewing features to ensure quality
• Precisely deliver the China customer’s needs to the global team
• Improve customer satisfaction
  • Through customer education
  • Customer advocacy on features & workflow
• Lead the launch of new software   in China, including the internal training & external training
• Ensure New & Current software transition period to be smooth, customer advocacy for easy adoption and on-boading
• Voice of customer, gather feedback from existing customer base on application usability and workflow
• Solicit voice of customer feedback from potential customers and/or markets

As a project  coordinator,, should  integrate  China team with  global team & related departments ‘s resource to maximum the satisfactory of the next version  software.    

资格

• Bachelor Degree of IT or related background is required
• Solid experience in several Cloud,intranet, familiar with IT Infrastructure
• Experience on global product development is a plus
• Fluent in oral English & written English is required
• Good communication,strong team spirit,
• IVD background is a plus
• Expected travelling percentage: 30%
