Require skills:

• Must know Chinese language(mandarin) and fluent English (speaking, reading and writing)
• ERP Test Manager / Test Lead with Implementation / Upgrade experience
• Experience in either in Oracle or SAP Financials like AP, AR, GL, AM,
• Experience in local China statutory
• Test Leadership / management – Expert level
• Client Management – Expert level
• Test Planning, Strategizing, Estimations and Reporting – Expert level
• Testing methodologies, Web Testing, Functional Testing (preferably with ERP experineces) – Expert level
• Jira and Agile – Practitioner level
• Communication – Expert Level
• Positive Attitude, Initiative and self-starter

Responsibilities：

• Responsible for delivery of ERP Testing services – completeness, quality and timeliness
• Single point of contact for communication and escalation for the Cognizant ERP Testing team
• Monitoring program risks and act as escalation point of contact for Offshore
• Review all testing deliverables
• Ensure alignment with customer’s processes; propose best practices/value adds as required within the scope of activities.
• Review and provide status updates to custoemr, Implementation team and Cognizant stakeholders
• Capture and report engagement metrics
• Responsible for test strategy, Test planning, environment planning, demand planning
• Support Function team for UAT planning and execution activity from Cognizant perspective
