职位描述
岗位职责：
1、发展天猫、淘宝等线上渠道的分销业务；
2、根据分销发展计划、营销规划、分销政策、市场活动方案等，发展和维护分销商，协调分销合作过程中各项事宜；
3、合作前的商务谈判及合同签定；
4、提升分销商的数量和质量，持续掌握分销商情况，监控、规范、考核分销商，向分销商传达公司产品信息、企业文化与销售政策；
5、制定分销商的具体支持措施及分销活动策划，培训分销商，协助分销商成长；
6、制定详细工作计划和业绩目标，定期撰写工作报告；
7、及时将分销过程中的问题反馈给上级领导并督促跟进。
岗位要求：
1、大专以上学历，2年以上淘宝分销从业经验，精通天猫、淘宝分销平台操作，有化妆品线上分销经验和开拓经验更优；
2、有责任心、进取心，好学，善于沟通，有团队精神，抗压能力强；
3、出色的策划能力和服务精神，能激发分销商的热情；
4、熟练使用各类办公软件，能熟练地制作各类管理和销售表格；
5、熟悉网络购物流程，了解淘宝及其他分销平台。
