2、完善和维护现有招聘渠道，开拓新的招聘渠道；

3、熟悉各种招聘面试技巧，能够独立进行面试工作；

4、完成领导安排的其他工作；

 

任职要求：

1、本科以上学历，形象气质良好，一年以上招聘工作经验，有猎头工作经验者优先；

2、有良好的沟通协调能力，有激情与团队精神，能够独立开展招聘工作；

3、具有良好的抗压能力与目标感；

4、熟练使用办公软件等；
