Key Accountabilities (Tasks & Responsibilities)
Activities
? Is responsible for middle,- and long term planning of capacity,- and HR resources under consideration of an optimum machine utilization
? Is defining targets for his area of responsibility
? Is responsible for a continues product,- and process quality within the defined requirements
? Ensure that the serial production is within the approved and qualified process range
? Is responsible for the qualified failure analyses with the target to define improvement for the processes
? Is responsible for the HR planning and an optimized verbalization of HR resources
? Is responsible for a continuous training of their staff
? Ensure compliance with accident prevention regulations and the environmental protection regulations in cooperation with the safety specialist and the environmental protection officer
? Forward all deficiencies, influences, measures and information which are relevant to occupatioanl safety and environmental protection to the responsible auhorities
? Is responsible for realization/implementation of LEAN activities
? Is responsible for continuous improvement processes
? Identify and promote suitable employees for management positions
? Is supporting our process technology team during implementation of new processes and equipment
? The job holder must comply with the obligations assigned to him/her by the company with regard to the prevention of accidents at work, occupational diseases and work-related health issues
? In addition, the job holder is responsible for determining requirements and monitoring mandatory and regular training within the area of activity as well as the annual occupational safety instruction. This includes the assurance of the implementation, the assurance of the effectiveness check according to the guidelines according to Chinese law as well as the assurance of the documentation of the effectiveness check
Leadership
? Lead executives or several teams / departments
? Responsible for the short-term and medium-term operational planning based on the company targets
? Monitor the operational activities in his/her area and make operational decisions
? Maintain, develop and coordinate the team members and organize the cooperation in his/her area of responsibility
? Responsible for the personal development of his/her direct employees
? Responsible for all resource planning and vacation planning in his/her area of responsibility
? Responsible for performance evaluation in his/her area of responsibility
? Have budget responsibility for his/her area and consistently monitors adherence to the budget
Innovation
? Significant improvement of the entire existing processes, systems and products.

? Education / Qualification
? University degree (bachelor or master)
? Expected subject field(s): Engineer with a focus chemical engineering
Professional experience
? Professional experience: 7 to 10 years
? Project experience: 4 to 6 years
? Management experience: 3 to 5 years
Methods & Programs
? QM-Systems (VDA6.X, TS16949, QS9001)
? AutoCAD
? MS-Office
? SAP basic knowledge (if possible)
