Description

This role acts as a specialist in digital area regarding data analytics. You will be looked upon to provide in-depth insight and discovery from various data sources and tools (including but not limited to GroupM DMP Tencent Data Cloud, , Ali Databank/ Unidesk JD DMP etc), as well as building efficient evaluation model for effectiveness measurement to meet clients’ requirements.

In three months:

Design, develop and implement analytical solutions to understand programmatic media content and conversation, providing insightful, actionable recommendations on generating more impactful campaigns and content.

Build audience analysis, measurement and evaluation model of marketing initiatives and user influence across multiple networks through quantitative analysis.

Responsibilities of the role

  • Maintain a deep understanding of digital media analytics through a variety of data analysis techniques ranging from simple data aggregation and statistical analysis to complex data mining

  • Work with planning team, be responsible for data management and analysis for digital marketing (both brand and performance), from routine and adhoc data report to in-depth insights

What you will need

Experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience in data analysis, preferably in an ecommerce, digital marketing/media agency, media/ market research or marketing data technology company
  • 5年以上的数据分析经验,在电子商务,数字营销/媒体代理,媒体/市场研究或市场数据技术公司有过相关从业经历
  • Able to navigate an extract right data from right data sources and able to efficiently analyze and interpret data for key insights and recommendations
  • 能够高效地分析和解释数据以获取关键的洞察和建议
  • Preferred to have proven experience working across modelling and predictive analytics
  • 模和预测分析方面拥有丰富的经验优先
  • Bachelor degree and above, mathematics/statistics/computer science and prestigious education background preferred
  • 学士学位及以上,数学/统计/计算机专业优先,名校教育背景优先


Skill:

  • Experience in Taobao/Tmall marketing and analysis tools (ie. AdobeOmniture, Google Analytics, etc.) a plus

  • Knowledge of one or more of R, Python, SAS, Eviews, SPSS
