Job Title: Regional Bidding Manager
Working Area / City: Shanghai
Business Unit / Department: Commercial and KAM
Direct Supervisor's Title: National Bidding Director
Major Responsibilities
? Interpret regional bidding policy, make bidding strategy accordingly
1) Collect, file and report information related to bidding in responsible areas
2) Interpret and master responsible area bidding policy .(e.g. local bidding policy changes and it's impact to NVS).
3) Work out bidding strategy according to research and company's bidding strategy. (e.g. competitor's and generics information and analysis the threatens to NVS)
? Manage the whole bidding process
1) Manage the whole process of provincial bidding in responsible regions.
2) Monitor and follow up each procedure especially quoting, negotiating, bidding results releasing and monitoring on-line manipulation directly to ensure winning bidding and keep a reasonable price.
3) Assist central bidding team to review and check bidding documents and prices.
4) Assist central bidding team to solve critical problems such as quality level classifying, patent and preparing appeals materials.
5) Coordinate ad hoc project and emergencies in the responsible bidding events.
? Build up and maintain relationships
1) Build up relationship with bidding related government departments, communicate frequently to obtain timely information by visit local bidding office.
2) Coordinate internal resources in the company.
3) Actively participant in meetings and activities organized by industry association such as RDPAC.

Required Knowledge and Skill (Physical and moral base)
? Familiar with pharmaceutical bidding policy and operational processes
? Good management of business project
? Good problem analysis and solving skills
? Good communication and coordination ability
? Strong ability of handling problem in emergency
? Work under pressure
? Integrity and responsible, a dedicated team player
? Being proactive and initiative
Required Education Background
? Bachelor degree
? CET 6 is a plus
