Major Accountabilities

Payroll administration
- Be responsible for monthly salary data collection and calculation.
- Go through payroll process together with Finance dept. and FESCO to make sure the process has been adhered strictly and timely.
- Prepare payroll report to facilitate payroll payment.
- Instruct HR intern to distribution payslips.
- Be in charge of government social insurance payment and base modification.
Reporting
- Update Org Chart, HC report, turnover analysis report etc. on a monthly basis
- Assist in monthly first port submission

Education :Bachelor degree
Experience:At least 1-2 years working experience in HR field with MNC is a plus
Languages: Good in both oral and written English
