RFQ coordination ( GKA’s **/ Multi area n/or strategic SME’s )

? Support GCN CHOF LCL to prioritize RFQ opportunities in order optimize door/door margin

? Develop and maintain RFQ planning process in alignment with GC TM and Procurement

? Create special competitive research on RFQ’s and provide input to GCN TLM / NPM for strategy definition

? Create a dedicated risk-benefit analysis for each RFQ

? Implement and conduct RFQ performance management; provide monthly feedback to Country ocean freight management on progress

Ocean freight Strategy

? Support the overall ocean freight strategic initiatives as per plan

Ocean freight LCL Analyst

· Review GCN LCL Route Network with GCN BUs / CHoOF LCL

· Collect and consolidate export statistics from Areas in scope including verification of data integrity and deadline monitoring

· Prepare LCL Reports under direction from Country Ocean LCL Management

· Regular review of LCL Sailing Schedule in Ocean LCL Product Module/Application

· Regular review of LCL Routing Guide in Ocean LCL Product Module/Application

· Regular review of LCL ITP and MSR rates in Ocean LCL Product Module/Application

· Continuous data quality checks

· CCS Optimization and review of promotional program status activity.

Local cost tariffs

? Continual review and update GCN LCL cost tariffs with CHoOF LCL

Provide monthly status report on MLF and Service optimizations for review & discussion with CHoOF LCL & CHoOF
