Job Description 

This position is responsible for MetLife China tele-marketing production system support and maintenance, which includes Incident & Service Request handling, Problem and bug fixing, and major enhancement development work.  

Key Responsibilities

? Incidents handling and management. 

? Service Request handling and management. 

? Production system bug tracking, fixing and communication back to client. 

? Major enhancement and software development project. 

? Communication with client business users to meet client satisfaction. 

Qualifications

? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional training. 

? 2 years + experience with .NET development. 

? Java experience is a plus and nice to have.  

? Familiar with Microsoft Visual Studio / Microsoft Team Foundation Server.

? Familiar with IT support and ITIL knowledge.
