BASIC FUNCTIONS

To provide a full range of support to the Product Management at the Shanghai Office

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

-To compile market information on regular basis for management analysis.
-To understand the market and industry for basic product management work
-To provide a full range of support to product managers such as filing, record keeping, compiling reports, and all other time-consuming paper work.
-To assist product managers with internal and external correspondent while product managers are out in the market
-To act as co-ordinator in product launch and promotion related projects when required.
-To collect market data and provide relevant financial analysis

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

-University or college degree, preferably in marketing related discipline
-With a minimum of two year’s solid working experience in providing administrative/clerical support to marketing team
-Reasonable good spoken and written English language skills
-Good command of the Chinese and English MS Office software application
-Preferably with basic accounting work knowledge/experience
-Detail oriented and thorough
