POSITION SUMMARY:

To interact with patients, build up rapport and trust with patients, proactively solve issues other than medical/clinical. Identify cross sell or up sell opportunities.

ESSENTIAL TASKS:

1. Understand customers, anticipate their needs and be proactive to their needs
2. Service customers directly by doing daily rounds to outpatient clinics, inpatient wards provide excellent service to customers, initiate and build positive relationships with them
3. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and follow up on customer’s needs
4. Respond to complaints escalated by PA, manage and resolve customer complaints professionally with courtesy
5. Coach individual PA on customer service through daily work, bring up the customer service standards, be a role model for PA to follow
6. Identify ways that customer service can better address customers’ needs and train PAs
7. Feedback costumers’ needs to respective departments, outside of Patient Service scope
8. Identify new sales and business development opportunities
9. Cross sell and upsell Jiahui services to customers
10. Feedback to MBD or any other relevant departments on service requests from customers,
11. Introduce Jiahui services to customers during interactions
12. Refer medical or clinical complains/issues to Q&S

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES:

1. Proven good record in customer service
2. Service oriented person ,Good at interpersonal skills, able to handle complex relationship
3. Good at communication-bilingual, verbal and written
4. Good in data collection, well organized
5. Good at stress management with high stress tolerance level
6. Able to work flexible working hours
7. Able to work with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
8. Eye for details
9. Be able to work night shift or in hospital on call at night

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:

1. Minimum High school education
2. More than 5 years of working experience in Customer Service with a similar role
3. Experienced with problem solving, resourceful, a creative problem solver

嘉会医疗（杨浦）目前设有全科、内科、外科、妇科、儿科、消化内科、口腔科、皮肤科、耳鼻咽喉科、中医康复科、医学影像科等多个科室，并增设CT、MRI等大型影像设备。我们的医师来自海内外知名医疗机构，拥有丰富的临床经验，并能使用多种语言。
