岗位职责:

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
主要职责
? Collect meaningful, timely, and accurate data from a wide range of internal and external sources and perform detailed analyses.
? Provide insights to help formulate growth strategy
? Develop business case for investments, resource planning, portfolio development, as well as new technology / product introduction to China market.
? Provide insights and cross-portfolio analysis to sales and marketing team, which include marketing strategy, product positioning, pricing strategy, market access plans, and medical evidence planning etc.
? Support Market& Portfolio Development Director in research project and providing business / market analysis to support business and portfolio development
? Work with cross functional experts to create and implement robust new product portfolio strategies

REQUIREMENTS:
? Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking skills
? Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English
? Ability to develop business cases through insightful market, product and financial analysis
? Ability to formulate cohesive strategic arguments and respectfully challenge a group of experts
? Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and build trust with all levels within the organizations, including senior leadership.
? Priority management to drive multiple projects in a fast-growing organization
QUALIFICATIONS
? Bachelor degree in science, finance or business administration from a top university; MBA is a plus
? Min 5 years working experience; experience in consulting firm, investment banking or corporate strategy & business development role is highly preferred
? Experience in healthcare industry is a plus
? Strong financial modeling skills
