We are currently looking for an experienced linguist who can help us with a new subtitling LQA Program of one of our most important clients, also an entertainment giant.

These are some general matters we consider in our selection process as well as some details specific of the account:?? 

? 

·?????????This is an?LQA program:?where we do not provide translation, but the last step in the translation-edition-review chain. What we do for the client is to review subtitles already translated and, in some cases, translated and edited. We do not apply the corrections of the errors spotted, but we flagged them in a separate LQA Form (to provide a score and asses the overall quality of the subtitles). 

·?????????The linguists we recruit should have strong skills and experience in performing LQA (Linguistic Quality Assurance) processes. 

·?????????Please suggest if you are currently working on subtitleing translation/review for any famouse agency? 

·?????????We are aiming for partners with availability to start working immediately and are willing to take a short test before being onboarded. 

·?????????Attention to detail and good research skills are highly important.? 

·?????????Proactiveness, responsiveness and commitment to deadlines are fundamental.? 

·?????????The program comprises a series of different original content productions, whose titles are to be confirmed.?? 

·?????????It is intended to be a regular program, and the workload will be divided into different?linguists, and that is why we are building our pool of?reviewers. 

·?????????The due dates for every task will be established accordingly. We estimate the LQA will regularly take you a minimum of 5 hours per week, with ONE or TWO weekly deliveries of a title/titles (it could be a show, a movie or a documentary).?Do you think you have the capacity and interest to commit to this?number of hours per week?? and what is your hourly rate please?
