主要职责:

1.    Supplier development management and continuous improvement of supplier’s QDC performance

2.    Promptly respond and audit the supplier at their facility to address issues as required to effectively manage them

3.    Develop, execute against regional commodity strategies, support their alignment with global commodity strategies

4.    Drive cost saving and productivity improvement by negotiation, suppliers base optimization, agreement negotiation, lean Kaizen etc.

5.    Take the lead under the supervision of procurement manager to support product transfer, products improvement and NPI

6.    Participate and take on additional assignments and projects as required.

7.    Determine a reasonable material planning by implement Material Kanban Management and Sales Forecast, control inventory level by clearing out and effectively control slow moving materials.

 

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

1.    Bachelor degree or above, excellent communicator in English (written, verbal, presentational)

2.    Minimum 5 years working experience in sourcing(Sheet metal, machining, plastic, Valve, motor), experience in high mix low volume is preferred.

3.    Familiar with sourcing process including supplier development process, products cost reduction process, supplier GMET process and purchase order and delivery management cost and price analysis

4.    Familiar with lean concept like 5S, Kanban, DM etc.

5.    Familiar with ERP system Microsoft AX is preferred

6.    Be good at using MS-Office software (excel, word, PPT)

7.    Strong communication skills with internal and external teams
