.   Responsibilities:

  

 

  

ER

  

  • Enhance employee communication and people satisfaction via various activities & programs

  • Employee satisfaction survey& analysis report

  • Keep close connect with employee with open-mind and neutrally attitude, Hold individual talk when necessary and feedback to department managers in time for further improvement on communication with employee

  • Keep good relationship with our brother company HR who is located in Nantong and Jintan(10%) to align one Autoliv.

    Staffing

  • Responsible for recruitment independently, such as channel search, job adv, CV collection, interview and discussion with line users.

  • Recruiting channel extension in all dimension

  • Responsible for various personnel management process or administrative related activities eg, on board, probation, contract etc

  • Updated personnel folder to comply with BPR as well as internal / external audit requirements

    Training

  • Follow HQ training system, setup and optimize training regulation for BU

  • Responsible for annual training plan setup and Implementation

  • Improvement of efficiency of training plan continuously

  • Setup orientation training for new comers

  • Select outsourcing training resources

  • Provide overall execution support to all training & development programs according to Company’s training calendar

  • Updated training record/documents to comply with BRP as well as internal/external requirements

  •  

    Others admin support ( 20%)

                                      

 

  

. Qualification

  

  • University Degree or above, prefer majored in English/ Admin/ HR

  • Five years working experience in HR related function

  • Honest and loyalty

  • Strong executive, take initiative, and work independently

  • Self-motivated and resulted orientated

  • Efficiency & well- organized

  • Good in time- management

  • Affable, trustworthy & empathetic

  • Good team player

Work with associate companies’ HR, directly report to CTC HR Head, dotted line report to Director of CEA Dept.
