博世中国慈善中心项目官员/经理 BCCC Project Specialist/Manager
The Project Specialist/Manager will be responsible for overall management and development of the program, conducting periodic evaluation, documentation, program analysis and coordination with various stakeholders. The Project Specialist/Manager is expected to ensure smooth execution of the various plans and processes. He or She will be responsible for ensuring quality in all aspects of the program. He/she would lead program development and promotion.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for development and maintenance of cooperation resources, identify funding opportunities and work with all stakeholders to develop ideas
• Coordinate preliminary screening, review and assess grant applications against funding criteria and making recommendations to the Management office and the steering committee
• Develop project management plan, closely monitor the development and the progress of the program, including site visits and organize charitable activities
• Ensure effective programmatic and financial reporting, process and document release based on Bosch guidelines, dissemination of information related to the programs to all stakeholders
• Responsible for development and management of volunteers, including establishment of volunteer databases, providing support for organization of volunteer activities, etc.
• Participate in the planning and implementation of charity communication and publication i.e. annual report, newsletter, micro-blog, WeChat and other new media platforms; Support various online and offline promotion activates
• Conduct evaluation of projects/tasks and share the best practice to the team
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above, good understanding or knowledge of philanthropy and social issues
• Commitment to the mission, principles and values of Bosch China Charity Center, devoted to public welfare, have the strong responsibility and professional mannerism
• Goal oriented, strong ability to analyze and solve problems, execute and deliver results; self-starter with strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• willing to travel as required
• Good at communication, fluent in English, good team player
