1. Work with Executive to develop competitive Quality strategy and implementation approach. Review customers request and support Executive on meeting customer specifications 支持和协助公司领导层建立有竞争力的质量策略和实施途径，持续有效的满足和超出客户期望。
2. Continuously improve overall quality management performance, include but not limited to quality assurance system ISO9001/ ISO14000/ OHSAS18000. Responsible for ISO internal and external audit. 持续改善公司全面质量绩效，负责ISO9001/ ISO14000/ OHSAS18000体系内外部审核。
3. Monitor and control AEG products compliance. Organize and cooperate on CCC audit, AQSIQ inspection, customer audit etc. 监控AEG产品的合规性，负责组织和协调CCC审核，及国家质量监督局的相关抽测审核。
4. Contribute to improve work processes, control points and reporting systems. 支持公司流程，质量控制点和报表优化。
5. Assure inspection, maintenance and calibration of all inspection equipment. Assure documentation and production capabilities are updated. 负责AEG公司文控工作及设备的计量校验。

岗位要求Job requirements：

1. 本科及以上学历；熟练使用Office等办公软件；
2. 3年及以上QA相关工作经验，熟悉ISO9001及CCC认证流程；了解ISO14001及OHSAS18001；
3. 了解和掌握各类质量工具和方法者优先；
4. 有中/低压电气产品相关经验者优先；
5. 工作主动积极，有良好的沟通和组织能力
