Requirements:
-Bachelor Degree in Architecture or Engineering
-Minimum 10 years industrial facility design, procurement and construction management as No. 1 leader of the full EPCM team
-Ability to coordinate multiple EPCM disciplines on a variety of projects
-Strong capabilities in programming, design scheduling, budget preparation, procurement and construction management
-Experienced with Chinese Design Institute, vendors and contractors
-Ability to communicate effectively with clients and company management in English and Chinese
-Excellent decision making and problem solving skills required
-Computer Literate using MS office/MS projects/Primavera, etc…
-Ability to write full EPCM proposal from understanding client needs to formulate proposal strategy to win
-Ability to identify potential customers, make presentation to client and secure projects
