DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The following duties are typical of the position, but are not all encompassing. Responsibilities include those required to deliver quality service on schedule and within budget in a team environment.

-Communicate with client or other consultants in defining client requirements

-Prepare Chemical programming reports, base of design (BOD), concept design and detail design as required

-Prepare specifications and scope of works (SOW) for Chemical packages

-Manage sub-consultants such as local design institutes and review or verify their design reports as needed

-Review submittals and supplier or contractor's proposals and answer Request for Information (RFI)

-Carry out site visit and prepare Site Observation reports as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Bachelor or above degree in Chemical engineering or related disciplines

-5 years above experiences with design institutes

-Rgistered Chemical engineer preferred

-Familiar with national and international codes or specifications

-Be able work independently during programming, concept design and detail construction drawings

-Be a team player and well cooperate with other engineers

-Good verbal and written English

-Good AutoCAD and other engineering and office soft wares skills
