职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
1.Develope of the Master schedule and project control schedule.
2.Maintain the project schedule on the regular basis.
3.Ensure project schedule information is outlined to all project team members.
4.Performe critical path analysis planning and identify critical path activities to priorities engineering, procurement and construction activities.
5.Develope and present planning analysis, forecast data and information.
6.Review and ensure the detailed schedules prepared by the subcontractors meet the project requirements in terms of planning and scheduling.
7.Prepare and update the project schedules and activity lists.
8.Prepare and update bar-charts, resource histograms and progress curves.
9.Calculate productivity for each discipline, when required.
10.Develope project plans, schedules and charts in conjunction with the discipline engineers, construction superintendents, specialists and other project staff applicable.
11.Ensure time related issues are documented in the Monthly Progress Report.
12.Participate and provide schedule data for the project engineering, procurement and construction groups when required.
13. Handle project change cost evaluation during construction phase.
14. Review proposal specifications and drawings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate.
15. Prepare discipline estimates by calculating complete takeoff of scope of work.
16. Maintain files of working documents as back-up for estimate figures, including current (accurate) information on prices from suppliers through direct contact, sales brochures, price lists, etc.
17. Manage and training to project control team, including disciplines of project cost control, schedule, permitting
