Job Description :
1.Contact customers to confirm clearance modes, and assist customers to prepare clearance documents.
联系客户确认清关方式，并协助客户准备清关文件
2.Handle inbound calls for clearance inquiries or other Customs /CIQ regulations/procedures.
解答客户关于清关的状态问询以及对于海关、商检相关规定和流程的问询
3.Update exception/status codes in the system timely.
在系统中及时更新合适的exception/status codes
4.Prepare clearance documents and input related information in the system.
准备清关文件的提交，并将状态及时录入系统
5.Keep customers posted if any clearance exception occurs.
当清关遇到异常情况时，及时告知客户并协助其解决问题
6.Attend inquiry emails timely, attend ECM and get back to customers on a timely manner.
当接到客户或者其他部门关于清关的查询，应及时回复，对于客户致电800的ECM查询，应及时回电给客户给予帮助
7. Coordinate with brokerage team or other functions for exception cases.
对于发生异常情况的货件，应与报关/报检员或者其他部门协调，使其得到妥善处理
8.Inform customers of duty/tax details and contact customers on payment issues.
告知客户税金详情并与客户确认税金支付方式，以便尽快缴税放行

Extra Responsibility:
1.Complete 1st audit on formal entry declaration sheets.
针对D类报关，完成第1步的初审，大客户的单证应完成报关单的初稿
2.Provide better brokerage solutions for customer requirements.
对于客户关于清关的问询 ，应详细了解情况并给予较合理的解决方案或建议
3.Provide dedicated services to SAG or key account customers.
对于SAG客户和战略客户，应给予更周到的服务
4.Monitor clearance progress before Customs releases and completes daily control logs/performance reports for customers.
关注货物进口直到放行的整个过程，通过control log 等方式为客户提供清关状态的跟踪信息和异常提醒
5.Establish customized SOP on brokerage operations for customers.
为客户制定有针对性的清关方案SOP，分析清关周期，提出合理建议
6.Coordinate with other unction's to solve all brokerage or Non-brokerage issues.
与其他部门协调解决客户进口货物时遇到的所有问题
7.Analyze the root causes on Customer concerns and make action plans to provide a better solution.
分析客户的不满或者抱怨的原因，制定合理的解决方案
8.Keep a good relationship with import customers and develop export business to support volume growth.
与客户保持良好的合作关系，促进货量的增长

Requirement:
1,Associate degree or above
大专或以上学历
2,Good command of English
优秀的英语应用技能
3,Related experience for Customs & Broker
相关的客服或报关员经验
