RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Quality Management System:
-Develop and maintain Quality Management system in the site;
-Maintain ISO 9001 certificate and keep it in line with BASF Greater China QM system;
-Prepare and perform internal audits and coordinate for external audits;
-Drive continuous improvement by quality management system;
-Facilitate training on quality;



2.Laboratory Management:
-Perform Quality Control and Quality Assurance for raw materials, process and final products in CZ and ED lab;
-Provide all kinds of analysis for Plants;
-Actively support operation teams in process troubleshooting or de-bottlenecking or modification projects;
-Supervise calibration and check of analyzer in the laboratory;
-Develop and manage the lab budget to maintain the analyzer and laboratory equipment and to further optimize;
-Support the work of the on-line instrument maintain and calibration.
-Responsible for future laboratory expansion to fulfill the new production lines' requirement in the site;



3.Handle Customer Complaint:
-Understand and review customer requirements;
-Support sales team to solve customer complaints;
-Maintain NCM module in SAP;



4.Personnel Management:
-Guide, train and motivate QM team members.



REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor or above degree in chemistry;
2. Above 5 years' experience of quality and laboratory management role;
3. Technical & Professional Knowledge: nowledge of quality tools and analytical skill is an advantage; strong knowledge of lab instrument, e.g. GC, HPLC, NIR, MIR, etc.; Knowledge and ability on ISO9001 quality systems;
4. High attention to detail and accuracy;
5. Team player;
6. Good command of English, both in oral and writing skills.
