Responsibilities: 

1. Significantly manage and balance in pre-sales and delivery effort, and take responsibility in strategic projects which leading to EDMS revenue 

2. Provide Pre-Sales Solutions / Consultancy focusing primary on ICT Solutions (including System, Network, Virtualization, Public Cloud) 

3. Architect and prepare ICT proposals / presentations, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction; 

4. Drive, lead and document any customizations required in proposals with sales & delivery team. 

5. Develop the technical design and architecture to achieve resilient and cost effective ICT solutions in order to win proposals or bids/tenders. 

6. Coordinate and work with internal stakeholders and partners to ensure that all aspects of the strategic projects & solution are supportable and relevant costing are included in proposals to customers and that costs are optimized to maximize competitiveness 

7. Ensure high quality ICT documentation (e.g. Statement of Works, customization records, etc.) are created for all proposals 

8. Prepare win / loss analysis for proposals / bids / tenders submitted to facilitate continuous improvement of networks designed 

9. Support delivery director to manage the team performance

Requirements: 

1) Degree in Telecommunications/ Electrical/ Electronics/Computer Science or equivalent qualifications 

2) Have at least 10 years of working experience with ICT services. 

3) Have strong technical architect solution & project management experience.

4) Excellent interpersonal, presentation, writing and communication skill in English & Chinese 

5) Have profession or higher certification in Microsoft, Cisco, Huawei, VMWare, Public Cloud is preferred 

6) Relevant and expert level industry certification and extensive experience in an ICT Pre-Sales Solutions Architect role. 

7) Experienced in multi-level selling and comfortable in influencing CxOs, Telecom Managers, IT Managers, etc.
