职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
? Develops SOP for all operations related workflows
? Maintains operations standard, generate action plans based on feedback and change requests
? Manage relationships with suppliers in order to ensure the maintenance status of the equipment of retail space and the proper operation of the fire
? Coordinate the cashiers to ensure compliance with the procedures for handling cash and credit cards, control and reconciliation of daily receipts, deposits of money.
? Coordinate the cashiers and sales teams to ensure the proper execution of all CRM procedures in accordance with the guidelines
? Ensuring high standards and effective operations of the Stock are maintained by liaising closely with the sales team of the store on a daily basis.
? Responsible for the efficient running of the Stockroom and will support the senior store management team in managing the overall store operations
? Promote fantastic levels of customer service, driving efficient store replenishment procedures
? Deliver training of the highest standards customer service in store
? Focused on creating an outstanding shopping experience for customers through the engagement of the team
? Prepare monthly rotational staff shifts and give to the payroll report absences (sickness, maternity, etc.)
? Handles all other HR/administrative and finance issues

Knowledge / Experience Required
? 5 years working experience in a well-known retail brand
? Proven ability to drive and maintain exceptional operational standards
Educational Background and PC/Language/Other Skills
? College degree or above
? Standard mandarin and oral English skill
? Familiarize with retail operation system and office software
