Responsibilities:

· Work according to the export process:

o Receive booking order from SFO

o make booking with carriers/co loaders

o monitor whether 预配/舱单 is released

o Complete booking info( booking reference no. and OBL no. vessel name, ETD,etc ) at consol level of NG

o Amend booking information if sailing schedule is changed

o Collect ENS/AMS/SI info from BO and send to carriers/co-loader before cut off time(for those carriers applied)

o Collect Master bill of lading from carrier and send to BO without delay

· Assist with SFO / BO queries

· Assure timely operation as per KPI

· Good team work spirit in internal work process

· Contribute to development of team

Requirements:

· College degree

· At least 3-5 years relevant working experience. Knowledge of customs. Preferably knowledge of freight industry and processes.

· Familiar with and well able to work within the export process

· Knows supplier conditions, deliver terms, Inco terms and purchasing conditions

· Knows risk and insurance terms

· Familiar with and able to work with the company’s quality and environmental policies

· Good knowledge of computer system, both exports and invoicing
