JOB OBJECTIVES:

Provide order to cash service to customer to achieve customer satisfaction and support Project One project .

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

·Ensures a high degree of customer focus in the country assigned.

·Ensures operation to agreed customer service levels.

·Liaise with internal and external service providers to ensure conformance to customer orders/requests.

·Ensures that customer orders are entered into ERP.

·Ensures that customer inquiry is responded..

·Prepares, monitors & arranges orders for shipment.

·Prepares, arranges & dispatches relevant documentation to meet export/customer/delivery/payment/statutory requirements

·Ensures continues follow-up with superior/segment representatives on customer related issues.

·Makes propositions to further improve operations and organization

·Ensures complaints are filed

·Challenges exceptional orders like unexpected quantity/value, air-shipment, etc.

·Liaises with inventory planners about potential supply problems (product shortages) anticipated by Segments.

REQUIREMENTS:

·University degree or above

·More than 2 year experience in customer service, international trade or logistics

·Good customer focus ability

·Has basic knowledge in international trade affairs, understands SAP ERP systems, data and processes

·Good English and Chinese communication skills
