JOB OBJECTIVES:
Primary objective is obtaining increased sales in an assigned territory by calling on an established network of distributor & dealer, establishing new distribution and some direct sales relationships in assigned market segments. Responsible for coordinating sales and marketing programs and handling technical calls and issues.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Execute Non-Paint Products introduction and Mine Detective Program proactive outreach, to key contacts in targeted bodyshops within identified markets to generate awareness

2. Support Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager to establish new distribution (dealership) in assigned areas and evaluate the territory distributor framework to assure sufficient coverage and efficiency

3. Support Area Sales & Technical Representative / Executive to interact and building relationships with customers

4. Collecting market information, competitors with the user information needs

5. Conduct regular coaching, and counseling to build motivation and monitoring to Co-Hire Employees (Market Development) performance

REQUIREMENTS:
1.University graduate

2.2-3 years experience in chemical trading, preferably in coatings products

3.Familiar with automotive industry/ products; good knowledge in import business and market environment in China

4.Good communication, supervision, negotiation and sales skill
