Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Strong business acumen to build retail sales plan and contribute to POS productivity improvement by capturing and consolidating database information and provide constructive insights to drive retail performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning & Reporting
? Perform sales forecasting & budgeting by working with Operation & Finance team
? Create retail regular and ad hoc reports to track sales& KPI performance
? Provide feedback and analysis to Retail Operation on POS productivity per store format with proposed action plans
? Work with Finance to track financial KPIs to maximize profitability opportunities
Management
? Set the retail target and recommend action plans for POS productivity/efficiency improvement
? Support reasonable store sales & operational KPI target setting to meet our ambitions
? Ensure accuracy and reliability of retail database
? Propose process adjustments/improvements to improve data tracking & management
System and Processes
? Participate in the development of the database and BI tools
? Drive the establishment and ongoing management of retail POS system

Internal: Retail Operation, Merchandising, Retail Expansion, Finance, IT

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 6 years’ experience in retail environment

? University advanced degree
