Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies and effective marketing programs, and take the ownership of implementation and ROI tracking for the product group

 

Establish and maintain close relationship with KOL and associations to establish and enhance branding

 

Work with KOL and key accounts to develop strategic research projects for the product group

 

Gather market intelligence and assimilate up to date market information and tools to sales and marketing team

 

Analyze competitions and formulate sales argumentation and tools to help sales team in convincing customers

 

Work with global and regional market development team to align on strategies and plans

 

 

 

Position Requirement:

 

Degree or Masters in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biological Sciences, Biochemistry or related studies.

 

Min 3 years’ proven successful sales, marketing and laboratory experience, experiences with KOLs and commercial labs would be a plus

 

Strong technical ability and customer relationship management skills

 

Excellent presentation and communication skills.
