工作职责 

job description

1.  采购前期询价，并做相关记录      purchasing earlier stage enquiry , and make the recording

2. 执行采购订单和采购合同，落实具体采购流程；Execute  the purchasing order and the contract , implement the purchasing process

3. 负责采购订单制作、确认、安排发货及跟踪到货日期；Responsible for the purchasing order ,confirmation , arrangement shipment and arrival date

4.  执行并完善成本降低及控制方案；Execute and complete the cost reduction and control

5. 协助开发、评审、管理供应商，维护与其关系；Assist  develop , review , manage supplier , and keep good relationship with them

6. 填写有关采购表格，及时更新采购明细，并作文档管理;  Fill out related purchasing form, update the purchasing details in time , and do the document management

   
   

   
   

   任职资格  Qualification 

 1、大专及以上学历，一年以上医药化工行业采购经验；

      Above college degree, at least one year’s medical or chemical industrial purchasing experience

2、熟悉采购流程

       Familiar with purchasing process

3、熟练使用Word, excel等办公软件，电脑操作熟练；

Familiar with word, excel and other office software, computer operation proficiency 
4、工作细致认真，责任心强，思维敏捷，具有较强的团队合作精神
