职位:库存特殊信贷分析员

    

FP Special Credit Analyst

    

概述：评估特殊类经销商资质，准备特殊类经销商信贷分析报告，提出相应的信贷建议，监控经销商信贷风险并对弱店和困难店提供必要的帮扶服务；

    

Summary: Investigate special dealer’s quality, prepare special dealers’ credit analysis report, and proposal, monitor dealers’ credit risk and help the weak dealers back on the right track if necessary；

    

岗位职责 Job Description：

• 信贷审批 Credit Analysis

        

执行特殊类经销商整体状况调查，以评估其资质;

    

Conduct credit investigation to assess the special client credit risk;

    

进行特殊类经销商信贷评估，准备信贷报告，并提交审贷委员会;

    

Make credit evaluation, issue credit report and submit to the Commercial Credit Committee for special dealers’ review and approval;

    

准备或复核制作的库存信贷合同;确保被批准的所有的授信都是有记录的并安全存档的;

    

Prepare or check the floor plan contract; Ensure approved facilities are all documented and safely archived;

• 贷后管理 Post-loan management;

        

监督特殊类经销商月度财务报表和运营情况，及时汇报发现其运营过程中出现的问题或信贷风险, 并提出解决方案;

    

Monitor special dealers’ monthly financial statement and performance, and timely report the identified issues or credit risks and come up with countermeasures;

• 风险管控 Risk Management;

        

执行贷款五级初步分类； Conduct 5 categories loan pre-classification;

    

及时掌握信贷审核涉及的法律法规和市场风险状况； Stay informed about the legal, compliance and market-risk-related issues involved in the approval of credit;

• 特殊经销商支持服务 Special Dealer Support and Service;

        

与销售部门、法务部、风险管理部门及财务部门等相关部门合作，以确保为特殊经销商提供恰当的特殊支持和服务；

    

Cooperate with sales team, legal and compliance team, risk management team, and finance team as needed to ensure special dealers are being suitably supported and served;

• 其他上司布置的临时工作任务；Perform add-hoc tasks assigned by the superior; 

        

    

岗位要求Qualifications：

• 会计、金融或相关专业全日制本科以上学历;University degree or above, in accounting, finance or related specialty;
• 5年以上相关工作经验; 5 years related working experience，
• 具有良好的财务分析能力和理解力，具有CFA,ACCA或CPA等相关职业资格者优先; Strong financial analytical skills, deep knowledge in interpreting financials, vocational qualification is preferable as CFA,ACCA, CPA and etc.;
• 工作细致、严谨，并具有较强的判断力、有敏锐的洞察力、人际沟通和执行能力；careful and rigorous, strong discretion, sharp insight, interpersonal communication and executive capability
• 熟练掌握英语及普通话(书面及口语)；Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written & spoken)
• 熟悉EXCEL & PPT基本技能； Familiar with Microsoft Excel &PPT skills
