Objectives of the Position
Be responsible for handling the recruitment cases including but not limited to manufacturing positions


Main Tasks
1. Work with the HR business partners and line managers to understand the business requirement on recruitment
2. Select the suitable channel and post the positions to the internal and external channels
3. Source the appropriate candidates for line manager's interview
4. Make and coordinate the overall interview arrangement
5. Make the offer proposal and offer letter after identifying the final candidates
6. Prepare on boarding documents and coordinate with HR Business Partners to ensure new employee on boarding process be conducted smoothly.
7. Maintain recruitment tracking list and provide recruiting information for KPI tracking.
8. Provide consultancy to the line managers throughout the overall recruitment process
9. Enhance employer branding throughout the overall recruitment process


Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Minimum 5 years HR related working experience, especially in manufacturing recruitment, must familiar with manufacturing operation process, ideally experienced in handling Chemical industry recruitment cases. Experience in hunting firm is a plus
3. Good communication and coordination skills
4. Passion to achieve the result in an effective and efficient manner
5. Good English & MS Office skills
