Position: Senior Customer Service Officer - Care Chemicals
Work Location: Shanghai - Caohejing (Shuttle Bus is Provided)

JOB OBJECTIVES:
*Efficient management of the order fulfillment processes in order to secure and enhance business opportunities. *Handle customers' inquiries/non-conformities in accordance with established operation policies/procedures.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Understand the respective order management process and perform independently daily order operation. (i.e. managing the customer orders, monitoring order documents and AR, keeping customer master up-to-date, updating sales timely for ongoing orders, and responsing to the customer about the order states as well as the non-conformity handling update efficiently and effectively)
*Operate correctly with the application systems (i.e.SAP/esolution/LN/Microsoft office and office equipement), ensure the clean and reliable data pool in system for assigned customers;
*Keep an ordinary working space and setup a clear filing system to enable the reliable backup operation;
*Team player and cooperative within OTC community (i.e. S/M, FU, EHS etc)

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Education: College degree or above
2. 2 years' working experiences in trading company, better in chemical industry
3. Good interpersonal communication skills
4. Good at written and spoken English
5. familiar with SAP operation
