Title: Project Management Team Leader
BU/Department: China Hub, Project management Team
Reports to: China Hub Leader
Purpose:
The position is main responsibility for initiating, coordinating and managing internal/external projects, analyzing the business requirements from Business Units, promoting the transfer processing and improving processes with LEAN/6Sigma thinking and methodology.

Job Content:
1.Project Management
- Helping Hub leader to define and track critical projects
- Managing internal or external projects across functional/business teams and creating and delivering appropriate reports to line manager and senior management.
- Continuously improving the internal PM process
- Involved in requirements gathering, clarifying, documentation and reviewing, system configuration, data conversion, testing and Go-Live
- Act as PMO to coordinate relevant Projects, building and managing effective business partnerships with field sales and other internal business partners
- Through communication and training (online or face-to-face) teach basic project management skills to colleagues, particularly those in the China Hub.
2.Business Analytics:
- Work with business owners to map business requirements into technical solutions.
- Collect and analyze the business requirements from departments to understand and discover the essential needs and documentation.
- Contribute to finalization of the business requirement.
- Identify and drive improvement projects based on analytics.
- Communicate with group/Asian/Regional Applications Leader to make sure that China's requirements could be understood and accepted.

Education and/or Experience:
1. Have Experience of project management.
2. Sound understanding of LEAN or 6Sigma principles, and have successful practice experience.
3. Have experience in financial services industry (banking, insurance).
4. Understand Workflow/DMS/MIS.
5. More than 8 years experience, at least 5 years' relevant work experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
1.Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese; good written and spoken English.
2.Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with all levels of management.
3.Strong business process analysis and transfer skills.
4.Sound understanding of LEAN or 6Sigma principles.
5.Excellent presentation and communication skills.
6.Good knowledge of insurance industry and processes.
7.Good PC skills.
