JOB OBJECTIVES:
He/She is is responsible for coordinating all Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) activities incl. building facilities within a civil investment volume of up to & 3 million.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Support the Project/Engineering Manager with regard to Civil engineering and/or construction issues.

2. Coordinate, monitor & control all civil Engineering activities towards contractor working at the individual Project.

3. Monitor resources, deadline, performance and costs.

4. Represent the owner interests in the project towards contractor, Vendors, construction companies etc.

5. Prepare Cost Estimate, supervising or preparing of Basic Engineering documents and Technical Bid Evaluation.

6. Supervise cost and schedule for civil part in a Project.

7. Establish local know-how and market contacts in the relevant discipline and share with other/new project teams in BASF Asia Pacific and globally.

8. Supports basic enginnering with understandings of chinese authority requirements

9. Supports basic engineering with local knowledge

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor degree with major in civil engineering.
2. At least more than 4 years work experiences in chemical and petrochemical industry
3. Open minded active, creative team-player and self-motivated.
4. Skilled in relevant software and tools
5. Proficient spoken and written English and Chinese (mandarin) skills
